Delete your LIVEDATE account

This page explains how to delete your LIVEDATE account and your data, with or without the app, and what is kept after deletion. It follows the Privacy Policy (section 2 for retention periods, section 5 for your rights).
From the app
- Open LIVEDATE and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete my account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
If you just need a break, use "Pause my profile" instead: your profile no longer appears, and nothing is deleted.
Without the app
Write to support at support@livedate-app.com, from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". To protect your account, we only process requests that come from that address. We delete the account and confirm the deletion by email, within the time limits set by law. [LAWYER: response time; 30 days?]
Active subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in Google Play as well (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Data that is deleted
Immediately and permanently:
- account: email address, password;
- profile: first name, date of birth, gender, gender you are looking for, intention, bio, interests, answers to questions, photos and videos;
- approximate area and check-ins;
- likes, matches, messages, date suggestions, delivery and read receipts: the conversation is deleted for both people;
- plan and counters, consents, blocks, notification identifier and sending history, profile verification result (the selfie itself is already deleted as soon as the decision is made).

It is no longer linked to your account.
